Shipping Policy

We ship all orders through USPS Ground Advantage or UPS Ground - whichever gets your goodies to you fastest and safest. Every item is handmade, so please allow 2–3 business days for us to craft, package, and send your order.

Once it ships, you’ll get a tracking number so you can follow its journey right to your doorstep. USPS Ground Advantage and UPS Ground usually deliver within 2-5 business days, but please remember: once it leaves our hands, it’s literally out of our hands. Weather, holidays, and the occasional postal plot twist can cause delays.

We’re not responsible for packages that get lost, stolen, or delivered to your neighbor’s porch gremlin - you can contact USPS or UPS or visit USPS.com or UPS.com to file a claim.

If your order arrives damaged, message us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll do our best to make it right.
