How soon will my order ship?

All items are handmade, so please allow 2–3 business days for us to create and pack your order. Business days are Monday–Friday and do not include weekends or holidays. Processing times may vary during busy seasons or holidays - we appreciate your patience while we work our magic! ✨


Once it ships, you’ll get a tracking number so you can follow its journey right to your doorstep. Please double-check your address before ordering - once it’s shipped, it’s out of our hands.

How long does it take to ship?

Once your order has been processed and shipped, delivery typically takes 2–5 business days via USPS Ground Advantage or UPS Ground. Please note that shipping times can vary depending on your location, postal delays, weather, and busy holiday seasons. Once it leaves our hands, it’s in the care of the postal pros, but we’ll always do our best to get your happy mail on its way as quickly as possible! 💌

What if my order says it was delievered but it's not here?

Once your order leaves our hands, it’s officially in the care of the postal pros. If your package decides to pull a disappearing act, please contact USPS or UPS or visit USPS.com or UPS.com to file a lost package claim.

Sugar Maple Craft Co. is NOT responsible for lost or stolen packages. We don’t do refunds or replacements for runaway mail, no matter how sneaky it is.

My order is damaged and/or incomplete. What should I do?

Please contact us at hello@sugarmaplecraftco.com so we can make it right! Please be sure to do so within 7 days of delievery and include photos.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

All sales are final-we pinky swear its worth it!

Can I get a refund?

All sales are final-no buts about it!

Do you ship international?

We ship to the United States only.
