Return and Refund Policy:
Because each of our items is handmade with care, we’re unable to offer returns, exchanges, or refunds once your order has been placed. Every piece is crafted individually, so small variations in color, shape, or design are part of what make your item truly one of a kind. We want you to love your purchase, though - if something arrives damaged or there’s been a mistake with your order, please reach out within 7 days of receiveing your order and we’ll do our best to make it right.

Double check all spelling and insure it is correct before placing your order. Refunds will not be given on misspelled names/quotes personalized items. BUT, we are human, if it is an error on our part, please let us know and we will make it right!
